Our team will respond within 1 working day with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and clear instructions for returning your item. Please do not return items without first obtaining an RA number, as this may delay processing.
For returns due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged on arrival, or faulty product), we will cover the return shipping cost in full and arrange collection or provide a prepaid label.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
